For monthly payment plans, there is an additional $50 charge per semester. The managers would be happy to work out a plan that works for you. Private bedrooms may also be available upon request for an additional price. All prices apply to contract dates set by the university. Students with a contract for the following semester may stay during the break free of charge if cleaning & maintenance schedules allow them to. For tenants moving in early or staying extra days after check-outs, there is a $15 fee per day.
A security deposit of $100.00 and the first rental payment are required along with your application and contract. The remaining balance is due on the first of the following month or 30 days later. Please contact the managers to work out a monthly payment plan if needed.
All cancellations must accompany a written notice. In the case that an application is withdrawn the deposit converts to an application fee and is subject to complete forfeiture of deposit. If deposit and/or payments are not received after signing a contract, the reservation/application will be forfeited and the individual will be held responsible to fulfill contract regulations. For contract cancellations 45 days or less before the lease begins, the individual is responsible for selling their contract.
*The deposit will be refunded, minus a $25 maintenance fee no later than 30 days after the end of occupancy. If the student remains at Bunkhouse apartments for multiple semesters, the students deposit can be held from one semester to the next semester.
*WE WELCOME STUDENTS RECEIVING GRANTS OR FINANCIAL AID. THEY WILL NOT BE PENALIZED FOR NOT HAVING THEIR FIRST PAYMENT IN AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION. HOWEVER, THOSE STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUPPLY THE OFFICE A COPY OF THEIR FINANCIAL AID STATUS, INDICATING THE AMOUNT THEY WILL BE RECEIVING AND WHEN IT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO THE STUDENT. THESE ARE AVAILABLE TO PICK UP AT THE BYU-IDAHO FINANCIAL AID OFFICE.
